Lincoln Church & Community Center is a part of the Church of the Lutheran Brethren.

Our Story

Lincoln Church & Community Center is a church that is being planted in Lincoln! Our mission is to serve our community and help people follow Jesus Christ.

In 2013, Grace Lutheran Brethren Church in Bismarck, North Dakota decided to embark on starting a ministry in Lincoln, North Dakota. Grace LBC held various outreaches throughout the years. This morphed into a kids ministry with the startup of the Lincoln Kids Club meeting every Wednesday night at Lincoln Elementary School. At Kids Club, kids had the opportunity to learn about Jesus and His work on the cross.

We desire to serve the community of Lincoln by being a place for people to worship God and a safe place for people of all ages to spend time together and have fun.  In 2020, the Church of the Lutheran Brethren purchased land in Lincoln with the intent of building a church and community center. We will begin construction on this building as soon as we are able to procure the funds and support.

As we prepare for our building project, we will use rented spaces, like the elementary school, and meet in people's homes. We hope you will join us as we seek to serve our community and help people follow Jesus.
